Know before you go
• Tickets are open-dated and valid for visits between 20 June 2025 and 17 December 2025.
• Children under 18 enter for free, but still need a ticket, which will be issued on-site at Qasr Al Hosn.
• Upon arrival, the Visitor Services Team will guide you to the orientation room for an overview of the site.
• If the site is at full capacity, you may be asked to wait at the House of Artisans reception or explore the Cultural Foundation exhibitions.

Important Notice: Individual QR Codes Required for Entry
Please note that individual QR codes will be generated per guest. Therefore, each guest must present their own unique QR code at the venue for entry.
• Two parking lots are available on-site: one next to the House of Artisans on Zayed the First Street, and the other across from Marks & Spencer, near the Cultural Foundation.
• Download the Abu Dhabi Culture app to explore audio and augmented reality experiences at Qasr Al Hosn.
• Complimentary wifi is provided across the site.
• Tickets must be used before the expiry date and are valid for one-time entry only. No re-entry is allowed.
• Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. They are void if altered or damaged.
• Your ticket does not include anything not clearly specified.
• Dress appropriately in line with UAE cultural values.
• A valid government-issued photo ID may be required.
